Xico’s marketing needs are practical, sales-aligned, and execution-oriented. Role Overview: The Xico Marketing Manager is an embedded marketing operator supporting sales growth, channel development, and customer engagement. This role focuses on sales enablement, campaign execution, partner programs, and local marketing initiatives. It is not a corporate strategy role. Sales Enablement & Collateral Develop product sheets, case studies, and presentations. Support quoting and proposal materials. Maintain website content and product updates. Channel & Partner Marketing Coordinate trade shows and industry events. Support partner outreach programs. Execute email campaigns and follow-up programs. Campaign Execution Implement targeted outreach initiatives. Coordinate with central marketing for CRM integration. Track campaign performance and report results. CRM Discipline Ensure marketing-generated leads are properly captured. Maintain clean data entry standards. Support Salesforce reporting requirements. Qualifications 5–10+ years in B2B marketing, preferably industrial or manufacturing. Strong execution skills (collateral, email campaigns, events). Comfortable working closely with sales teams. Practical, hands-on mindset. Experience with CRM systems preferred. Comfortable working on-site in a manufacturing environment. What This Role Is Not Not a group-level strategy position. Not a brand architecture role. Not a corporate communications role. This is a practical, embedded marketing execution role.
