The Senior Content Producer is a lead visual storyteller and creative engine responsible for producing high-impact social media content for Red Rocks Church. This role focuses on capturing and crafting compelling visual stories that reflect the voice, brand, and vision of the accounts they support. This individual brings strong creative instincts, technical excellence, and intentionality to content creation—translating sermons, worship moments, and church culture into engaging, platform-native content. The Senior Content Producer operates within established platform strategy while owning execution, capture, and creative excellence for assigned accounts. Key Responsibilities Content Creation & Capture Consistently produce compelling Tier 1 social media content—including video, photography, reels, TikTok content, YouTube assets, and simple graphics that reflect the voice and vision of assigned accounts Capture sermon moments, worship sets, atmosphere, and key ministry moments with intentionality and discernment Attend key services, events, and moments for planned and intentional content capture Maintain a strong understanding of the voice, tone, and brand of each account supported Edit short-form and long-form video content optimized for social platforms Color grade footage using LOG profiles, LUTs, and consistent color workflows Complete simple graphic tasks in Photoshop, including resizing, cleanup, and basic text layout Ensure content is polished, on-brand, and ready for publishing handoff Platform Awareness & Creative Contribution Stay informed on current platform trends, editing styles, audio practices, and social media changes Contribute creative ideas and recommendations that support platform strategy and increase reach and engagement Apply trends thoughtfully and appropriately within established brand and platform guidelines Partner closely with the Social Media Project Manager to ensure smooth content handoff for publishing and engagement Collaborate with Social Media Project Manager to align capture and delivery with the editorial calendar Work cross-functionally with creative, worship, and ministry teams as needed to support Tier 1 initiatives Hiring Requirements Follower of Jesus Christ Proven experience producing high-quality social media video and photo content Strong understanding of platform-native content creation (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) Confidence capturing live environments such as sermons, worship, and events Strong editing skills and attention to detail Ability to receive creative direction and execute with clarity Strong understanding of brand stewardship and consistency Preferred Experience working in a church, ministry, or values-driven organization Proficiency in DaVinci Resolve; Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects experience is a plus Comfort working with LOG footage and color grading workflows Basic Photoshop proficiency Application Requirements Please submit the following: A portfolio or short reel (1–2 minutes) showcasing your work 3–5 individual content examples you personally created (combination of video and photo) A brief written explanation (3–5 sentences) sharing why you chose these pieces and what you were aiming to communicate Compensation and Benefits In addition to a competitive salary, we are committed to caring for our staff in meaningful and life giving ways. When combined with base salary and employer‑funded benefits, the total compensation package is approximately: $82,015 - $105,300 annually, depending on selected coverage and participation levels.
