Identify And Secure Landlords & rental property owners seeking professional property management HOA and condo communities searching for a responsive, results‑driven management company This is a remote position, but your success will be built on strong local presence, networking, and relationship‑building throughout Tampa Bay and St. Petersburg. What You’ll Be Doing Prospect and generate new leads through networking, referrals, outreach, and local events Build relationships with real estate investors, landlords, brokers, and HOA board members Present and pitch our property & association management services Conduct discovery calls and in‑person/virtual presentations Close management agreements and onboard new clients Track pipeline and maintain CRM activity Represent the company at industry events and local association meetings Compensation & Earning Potential This is a performance‑driven sales role designed for high earners. Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business development objectives in the property management sector Identify and target potential clients, including property owners, investors, and condominium associations in the Tampa Bay area.
