Analyze data to support commercial decision-making, and work with Data & AI teams to enhance dashboards, KPIs, and insights (e.g., forecast accuracy, trade effectiveness, A&P ROI).
Conduct workshops and investigative sessions (interviews, observations, process mapping, scenario analysis) to understand current-state workflows and uncover improvement areas.
Document and optimize end-to-end Marketing & Sales processes, identifying bottlenecks and recommending solutions that reduce costs and improve speed-to-market.
Ensure commercial technologies are fully adopted, creating training materials, leading training sessions, and working directly with users to maximize impact and usage.
Support business case development by defining KPIs, success criteria, cost‑saving opportunities, and expected EBITA uplift for proposed initiatives.
Drive adherence to Essential Home’s data, governance, and process compliance standards across all Marketing & Sales applications.
Lead NAC project tasks related to commercial technology, ensuring planning, communication, timelines, and deliverables are clearly managed and executed.
