
Marketing Assistant/Coordinator

Responsibilities Prepare and format marketing collateral, presentations, SOQs, resumes, project descriptions, and teaming materials using approved templates and brand standards.
Lead planning and logistics for conferences and events, including registrations, travel, sponsorships, materials, and on-site coordination.
Represent GRI at select industry events to build relationships and support business development efforts.
Support coordination of client appreciation and seasonal outreach initiatives.
Assist with printing, binding, and production of submittals and promotional materials.
Design and order branded items such as swag, business cards, and cut sheets, and help manage marketing inventory.
Assist with website updates, social media, blog content, newsletters, and public relations efforts.
Support development of marketing campaigns and advertising or award submissions.
Maintain opportunity tracking and client information in the CRM system.
Support general administrative tasks, filing systems, and document organization related to marketing and project records.
Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related education or experience.
Prefer 1-5 years of A/E/C experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is required. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (including InDesign) is preferred, though candidates with basic Adobe training and the ability to learn quickly are welcome.
Ability to work independently on multiple tasks under tight deadlines and with interruptions.
Excellent editing, writing, grammar, proofing, and formatting skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Highly organized, with attention to accuracy and detail.
Strong intellectual curiosity and commitment to learning.
Integrity, flexibility, and a desire to grow with the company.
Valid driver's license.
