Overview Capel Manor College is looking for a creative and driven Commercial and Business Development Marketing Officer to help grow our income and reach new audiences. This role involves shaping marketing across our visitor attractions, events, employer services, and commercial training programmes. You will create bold, targeted campaigns to boost visitor numbers, attract employer partners, and showcase our gardens, zoos, facilities, and professional courses. Responsibilities Develop and deliver marketing campaigns across multiple channels to grow income and reach new audiences. Drive digital activity and content creation to promote the College’s visitor attractions, events, and programmes. Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities and implement marketing initiatives that support growth.
