Our Marketing team is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical E-commerce Merchandiser to help manage and optimize our online product listings and customer shopping experience. This role focuses on ensuring the right product content is presented to drive conversion, revenue, and customer engagement. If you have an interest in online merchandising, strong analytical skills, and a passion for improving the digital customer journey, this may be the role for you.
The skills you’ll gain: You will get hands-on experience optimizing the full e-commerce customer journey, experience working with e-commerce platforms and tools to manage product catalogs, pricing, and promotions, d ata analysis skills to evaluate sales and conversion performance, c ross-functional collaboration skills by working closely with marketing co-op team, manufactures, and S upply C chain team , and a strong foundation in e-commerce merchandising best practices.
Responsibilities: Manage online product listing , categorization, and site navigation to optimize discoverability and conversion
Create and maintain product listing s , including titles, descriptions, images, pricing, and attributes
Maintain and continuously optimize the digital product catalog
Analyze performance metrics (sales, conversion rate) and provide actionable insights
Collaborate with Marketing co-op, manufactures, and S upply C chain teams to ensure accurate and timely product launches
Ensure brand consistency and accuracy across all e-commerce platforms
Stay current with e-commerce trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity
Qualifications: Proficiency with Excel/ Google Sheets for data management
Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
Self-starter with ability to function independently
Strong t ime m anagement and prioritization s kills
Analytical
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment
Bachelor’s degree in M arketing , Business, E-commerce , or a related field preferred but not required.
Must be able to pass a background check
You must be a US citizen or Permanent Resident
