Senior E-Commerce Manager

We are on a journey of continuous growth now looking for our next star a passionate Senior E-Commerce Manager Americas within our DTC E-Commerce capability. This position reports to the Director of DTC E-Commerce and will work in one of our Dometic locations in California. About the position As the Senior E-Commerce Manager for the Americas, you will be a key player in one of our most important strategic growth initiatives responsible for transforming our digital presence into a primary engine for profitable growth. In this role, you act as the regional 'Store Manager', spearheading the execution, optimization, and localization of our digital commerce footprint. This role is unique in its breadth. You will drive direct DTC Revenue while simultaneously managing the Online Experience for segments where we showcase products sold through our dealer network. You will lead a high-performing team and navigate a complex matrix environment to ensure a seamless brand journey across all Dometic segments. Your main responsibilities Strategic Leadership & Profitable Growth Strategy Ownership: Develop and own the regional e-commerce strategy for the Americas, aligning with company revenue and profitability goals. Growth Targets: Establish short- and long-term growth targets, KPIs, and performance dashboards to track regional success. Market Intelligence: Monitor and respond to regional market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer behaviors to inform strategy adjustments. Commercial & Financial Performance P&L Management: Own the e-commerce P&L for the region, including sales forecasting and pricing strategy to ensure margin contribution. Supply Chain Synergy: Partner with finance and supply chain to optimize inventory planning, order performance and efficient fulfillment. Budget Optimization: Manage the regional e-commerce budget, ensuring efficient use of resources and maximum ROI on digital spend. Digital Channel & Operations Management Site Excellence: Oversee all D2C touchpoints including site improvements, conversion rate optimization (CRO) and online merchandising. Stakeholder Wrangling: Coordinate with segment leaders to ensure high-quality product storytelling for both Experience and Commerce across categories. Operations: Direct e-commerce operations, including product catalog management, pricing accuracy and listing optimization Team Leadership & Collaboration Team Development: Build, lead and mentor a high-performing team covering customer acquisition, merchandising, order fulfillment and customer service. Cross-Functional Influence: Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product Management to align strategies and execute flawlessly across the matrix. What do we offer? Education: A degree in Business, Marketing or a relevant field of study. Track Record: Proven success in developing and executing e-commerce strategies that drive profitable growth in multi-segment or matrixed organizations. Technical Breadth: Solid experience across digital marketing, merchandising and e-commerce operations. Stakeholder Management: Exceptional ability to bridge the gap between global strategy, internal segments and regional execution.
