Digital and Content Marketing Manager

We are looking for a hands‑on and performance‑oriented Content & Digital Marketing Manager (m/f/d) to support and continuously optimize the digital presence of the iAM Marketplace and its sub‑brands. In this role, you will execute content initiatives, manage website and webshop updates, and support digital campaigns that increase visibility, engagement, and qualified leads. You will work closely with Brand, Product Marketing, and Events & Channel Marketing to bring strategies to life across digital channels. This position is ideal for a motivated digital marketing professional who combines creativity with structured execution and data‑driven thinking. Your Responsibilities Content Creation & Publishing Plan, create and publish engaging content for: Website & webshop Blog articles, case studies and interviews Email campaigns and newsletters Social media content (in collaboration with Brand & Product Marketing) Brochures, one‑pagers and campaign assets Support packaging and product‑related communication materials Ensure brand consistency and alignment with product messaging. Maintain editorial calendars and content workflows. Website & Webshop Management Support ownership and optimization of the iAM Marketplace website and webshop. Coordinate CMS updates, landing pages, and product content. Contribute to improvements in: User experience (UX) SEO and search visibility Conversion paths and lead capture forms Ensure leads are properly tracked and handed over to relevant teams. Digital Campaign Support Support execution of digital campaigns for: Brand initiatives Events and partner campaigns Assist with performance marketing measures (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, retargeting) within defined budgets. Distribute email and CRM campaigns in compliance with GDPR and internal guidelines. Analytics & Optimization Monitor traffic, engagement and conversion KPIs. Support campaign reporting and performance analysis. Contribute to A/B testing and continuous improvement initiatives. Coordinate with external agencies (SEO, paid media) within defined scope. Minimum Qualifications Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business Administration or comparable qualification. 2–5 years of professional experience in digital marketing, content marketing or performance marketing. Hands‑on experience with: CMS systems SEO basics and paid search Email marketing tools Web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) Structured, reliable and proactive working style. Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset. Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
