When you join the Barnhill team, you become part of the Barnhill Family.**Job Description:**Provide support to the Building Group by organizing marketing projects and coordinating staff assignments. Analyze and assist in the preparation of proposals and presentations. Create and develop collateral marketing material to reinforce the company brand. Take action as needed to ensure project goals, objectives and initiatives are met in alignment with the mission, vision and values of Barnhill Contracting Company.**Job Duties & Responsibilities:*** Provide leadership in the production of proposals, ensuring that materials are optimized, consistently formatted, accurate, edited and prepared for delivery. Lead team in developing RFP special requirements with guidance from Business Development. Compile data and prepare technical written responses to RFP questionnaire. Provide leadership on quality assurance and editing of all marketing-related materials with an emphasis on proposals. Assist in the development and delivery of messaging for presentations, RFP responses and targeted collateral and oversee production. Track potential projects and RFP releases.* Have in-depth knowledge of the project RFP requirements/challenges and who/how to best solve them. Responsible for execution of marketing deliverables with guidance from Business Development. Manage workload with an awareness to the sense of urgency to deadlines.* Identify creative and unique ways of developing collateral materials, internal and external newsletters, blog posts and other content marketing, and social media campaigns – all with the goal of differentiating Barnhill from the competition. Update website so content is current.* Manage internal data, updating images, projects descriptions, resumes, proposals and other relevant information. Oversee company image library, including graphics, video and photography including third party assistance when needed. Also maintain marketing databases to include clients and media distribution.* Support Business Development by conducting market research on geographic or service line targets, as well as bond referendum. Consistently review municipal websites for RFPs. Schedule quarterly site visits with BD team to engage with Operations and tour construction projects. Create format for and track marketing success statistics.* Assist in the implementation of the Community Engagement Plan. Identify upcoming events and assign personnel for attendance and company representation.
