Description About the role: Location: NY Reports to: Field Marketing Manager Hours: Full-time, Wednesday to Sunday schedule, remote Compensation Range: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year Reporting to the Regional Field Marketing Manager, this role will deepen Jetty’s engagement with the New York cannabis industry, through industry conferences, tradeshows, budtender-focused activations, activations at retails, and community events in alignment with Jetty leadership. The Junior Field Marketing Manager will collaborate with Jetty’s Brand Marketing and Sales teams, as well as 3rd party Sales & Brand Ambassador teams, to develop and execute activations and events. Learn more about us here, Jettyextracts.com Key Responsibilities: Support the Regional Field Marketing Manager in delivering budtender training, in-store support, and visual merchandising across New York retailers Partner with Sales and Brand Marketing to ensure consistent execution of brand messaging and merchandising initiatives Support planning and execution of B2B and B2C events, retail activations, and field programs across the New York territory Assist with end-to-end event execution, including coordination with marketing, social, and sales teams and post-event recaps with insights and recommendations Support Brand Ambassador programs, including administrative tasks, compliance with policies and labor regulations, and tracking of SWAG and merchandising deployment Desired Skills and Experience: 2+ years of experience in event planning, field marketing, trade marketing, or related roles Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong verbal and written communication skills, with comfort working cross-functionally Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail, Calendar, Drive) Passion for the cannabis industry and experiential marketing Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation Ability to travel within New York territory as needed Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends for events We feel strongly that our employees do their best work when they don’t need to worry as much as some of life's biggest stressors.
