Are you a visionary leader passionate about creating customer-centric brand experiences at scale? We are hiring for a Leader of Experience & Design Centers and Product Training to drive excellence across North America.
This high-impact role involves shaping showroom strategy, developing product training, and enhancing sales enablement to ensure a cohesive, elevated customer experience across all touchpoints. You will oversee a network of design centers, lead a dynamic cross-functional team, and guide strategic initiatives at the intersection of brand, sales, and innovation.

Strategic Responsibilities:
Lead the strategy and execution of Experience & Design Centers across North America
Develop and implement immersive, best-in-class product training programs for sales and management teams
Champion a consistent and innovative luxury customer experience
Drive operational performance and sales through CRM and ERP integration
Manage divisional budgeting, business planning, and forecasting (CAPEX/OPEX)
Collaborate with regional and global executive stakeholders
Travel domestically and internationally up to 50%, including occasional weekends
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (required)
Master’s Degree (MBA or Marketing) (preferred)
15+ years of sales, marketing, and showroom leadership experience
10+ years managing teams and large-scale projects
Proven executive management skills with strategic oversight in multiple markets
Strong communication, presentation, and coaching skills
Experience with divisional budgeting, performance tracking, and cross-functional collaboration
Technologically proficient with ERP and CRM systems
Agile mindset; familiarity with hardware/ideology frameworks is a plus
Experience in luxury, household appliance, or design industries preferred
Valid driver’s license in good standing
