Field Marketing Lead Generator

About the Role: As a Field Marketing Lead Generator, you’ll be the face of Outdoor Adventures at traveling shows and events. You’ll be responsible for setting up and maintaining professional, eye-catching displays while engaging with potential customers and generating high-quality leads. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys independent work, travel, and customer interaction, and takes pride in presenting a polished and professional brand image. Remote Position: Extensive Travel Compensation & Logistics: Hourly wage: $17–$21, based on experience. What You’ll Do: Set up and tear down event displays at traveling shows and expos Visit multi-day shows daily to ensure displays remain clean, organized, and professional Restock lead pads, pens, and materials as needed Ensure all trash is removed and the booth area remains presentable Represent Outdoor Adventures with professionalism and enthusiasm Work independently while maintaining clear communication with leadership Schedule & Employment Type Full-time position (part-time hours may be available) Weekend availability required Requirements Ability to work independently Clean driving record Reliable transportation High school diploma or equivalent Available to work weekends Skills & Qualities We Value Professional attitude Dependable and punctual Strong communication skills Previous customer service or customer-facing experience Excellent attention to detail Why Join Outdoor Adventures?
