Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in San Antonio, TX, for a Sales Business Development professional. Responsibilities include generating leads, conducting market research, engaging potential clients, and developing strong relationships with customers. The individual will prospect and present RBA's services to building product manufacturers to drive business growth. Daily tasks also include collaborating with internal teams and ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the business development process.
Qualifications
Strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in Market Research to identify trends and opportunities
Effective Communication skills to build relationships and deliver presentations
Experience in Lead Generation and ability to develop strategies for acquiring new clients
Commitment to delivering excellent Customer Service to meet client needs and expectations
Proven knowledge of or interest in the building design industry is a plus
Organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
