About the Role: We are seeking a Part-Time Administrative, Recruiting & Marketing Assistant to support recruiting workflows, internal operations, and light marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats, has strong attention to detail, and wants hands-on exposure to recruiting, branding, and business operations in a growing consulting firm. Key Responsibilities Recruiting & Hiring Support: Coordinate candidate communications (email, text, scheduling) Schedule phone, video, and in-person interviews Track candidates through the hiring pipeline Organize resumes, interview notes, assessments, and scorecards Assist with job posting management across platforms (Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.) Prepare interview summaries and internal updates for clients Administrative & Operations Support: Maintain organized spreadsheets, files, and internal documentation Assist with data entry, reporting, and basic research Support calendar management, reminders, and follow-ups Help streamline internal processes and templates Provide general administrative support as needed Marketing, Website & Brand Support: Assist with social media content scheduling and basic posting Help draft or format posts, captions, and announcements Update and maintain website content (WordPress experience a plus) Support job posting layouts and brand consistency across platforms Assist with simple graphics or document formatting (Canva or similar) Help organize marketing ideas, content calendars, and assets Support occasional email updates or outreach campaigns Qualifications Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent written communication and attention to detail Comfortable with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Forms, Calendar) Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Professional, discreet, and reliable Prior experience in admin, recruiting, HR, marketing, or office support preferred (but not required) Schedule & Compensation Part-time Flexible schedule with some availability during standard business hours Competitive pay based on experience Potential for expanded responsibilities and growth over time Why Join Toonen Consulting?
