What We’re Looking For As our Marketing Coordinator, you’ll gain experience across a wide range of skillsets by supporting all aspects of our marketing strategy. Organization and project management skills are critical, as is the ability to prioritize tasks and communicate clearly. What You’ll Need Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field 0-2 years of experience (internships count!) Pay: $55,000 - $62,000 per year Responsibilities (include, but are not limited to) Assist with managing our brand presence across our portfolio of communities Create marketing collateral for onsite teams Coordinate signage projects and other major brand initiatives Manage company store Build vendor relationships to find cost-effective solutions and quantity discounts Assist and train our teams on how to leverage their brand as part of their marketing strategy Physical Demands This position is periodically sedentary but requires mobility. Involves sitting, walking or standing for prolonged periods. Some repetitive motion of the hands and wrists associated with using a computer.
