Marketing Manager

We are looking for a passionate, high-energy, perfectionist marketing leader who not only loves the marketing field — but is exceptional at it. The Marketing Manager is a key member of the firm responsible for leading, managing, and executing the overall marketing and brand presence of the organization. This role requires both strategic leadership and hands-on capability and will serve as the central leader and coordinator of the firm’s marketing efforts. The Marketing Manager will write and implement the firm’s marketing plan, direct the firm’s marketing team, coordinate outside vendors and creative partners, and ensure the firm’s brand, messaging, and market presence are executed with excellence. This candidate would be a creative problem-solver who embraces modern marketing tools and emerging technologies, including AI, and leverages AI automations to enhance marketing effectiveness and drive revenue growth. The Ideal Candidate: Stays ahead of the industry — proactively monitoring market activity, competition, and creative trends to guide marketing direction. Is both a manager and a creator — capable of producing when needed, directing when appropriate, and owning outcomes regardless of execution path. Brings innovative thinking and identifies technologies, tools, and strategies that help drive sales, prospect engagement, and revenue growth. Maintains exceptionally high standards and takes pride in delivering work that is professional, polished, thoughtful, and impactful – in alignment with marketing plan objectives.
