Why consider this job opportunity Base salary up to $83,700, with competitive On‑Target Earnings of up to $163,700, inclusive of incentive compensation Opportunity for career advancement and growth within the organization Supportive and collaborative work environment with a focus on employee well‑being Engage and network with the entrepreneurial community through various events and trade shows Chance to work in a dynamic startup atmosphere where innovation is encouraged Possibility of hybrid work arrangements, allowing flexibility in work location What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) Manage a personal book of business, building and overseeing an end‑to‑end sales pipeline from prospecting to closing Establish a presence in the West territory through market research and networking strategies Proactively seek new business opportunities by utilizing various sales tools and techniques Communicate the company’s value proposition effectively to potential customers Act as a brand ambassador, advocating for product development based on customer feedback What is Required (Qualifications) Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Account Executive, with at least 1 year managing a complete sales cycle Proven experience in lead generation for B2B in a high‑velocity setting, such as SaaS or Fintech Cold‑calling experience is required Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to listen and gather important information Willingness to travel within the territory (25% travel) for networking events and client meetings How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) Familiarity with Salesforce, SalesLoft, LinkedIn SalesNavigator, and/or ZoomInfo Experience with Outreach.io and/or Hubspot, as well as 6Sense and/or Hoovers/D&B A hunter mentality with a strong drive for acquiring new clients and closing deals Ability to simplify complex topics for better understanding by clients Passion for entrepreneurial environments and building meaningful relationships #HumanResources #SalesOpportunity #StartupCulture #CareerGrowth #DiversityAndInclusion We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal‑opportunity employment.
