About the Role
You must have at least 3 years of agency experience, as well as experience in healthcare marketing. We are seeking a full-time Account Manager to assist in managing our expanding client base of healthcare accounts. We have an exciting roster of innovative medical device clients that are transforming the way healthcare is delivered. Our focus is on working with clients who are developing products and services that improve the quality of peoples' lives– from consumer health products to innovative medical device technologies, in both the B2B and B2C spaces.
The Account Manager will be the client's primary point of contact and key representative, maintaining a highly responsive service orientation in all transactions. They must be knowledgeable in both the client’s business and the agency's business, with an emphasis on brand strategy, digital marketing programs, websites, and social media. An understanding of analytics is a plus. Ideal candidates will have at least 3 years of agency experience and excellent communication, presentation, and organization skills. Strong writing expertise is needed for writing proposals and creative briefs. Attention to detail, organization, and client relationship-building skills are required to ensure a strong agency representation for our clients.
Must be familiar with all aspects of print and digital marketing project management.
Responsibilities
Lead team to the successful execution of various project types, including brand strategy workshops, websites, lead generation, video production, and social media
Assess client needs and work with the PW team to create and enable effective solutions
Oversee project scope and schedule
Effectively communicate client needs to the project team
Manage and liaison with internal resources, including strategy leadership, designers, writers, digital and social media team
Collaborate with a team of producers and mentor more junior team members
Communicate to the executive team the overall health of assigned accounts and projects

A Bachelor's Degree
Experience in a branding or digital agency environment
Experience managing creative teams
Experience managing client expectations
Experience managing digital & creative projects
A keen interest in digital marketing and advertising
Advanced experience in Microsoft Office
Adept with Mac OSX
Enthusiasm and eagerness to learn
Organization and attention to detail
