Founded in 2018, Auction Direct Transport (ADT), based in Mesa, AZ, provides vehicle shipping solutions for automotive dealers and auctions, using a single point of contact service model to ensure excellent service is provided for our dealer and auction partners. In addition to our client staff, our team includes in house dispatch and support for our customers and carrier partners.

Job Responsibilities: Ensure 100% customer retention for your defined book of business
Proactively identify key risks within your book of business
Grow accounts through location expansion and driving adoption with partners
Identify opportunities to cross-sell related products by working cross-functionally to expand your accounts
Proactively plan and communicate with your book of business through outbound phone calls, monthly reviews, and ongoing performance delivery
Champion partner feedback to help drive insights
Build meaningful, lasting relationships to make Montway's platform of choice for our B2B partners
Proactively manage renewal and up-sell opportunities for all current clients
Partner closely with Ad Ops & other Business Operations Teams on campaign activations & optimizations. Follow and update any internal marketing campaigns to maintain current business and acquire new business
Serve as the liaison between the client, Montway's internal teams – support Montway's Best Practices on design and approach for the client
Provide regularly scheduled communications and KPI updates with clients and internal stakeholders - you are responsible for keeping all parties informed and on schedule, a monumental and complex task
Develop a keen understanding of how the Montway platform and unique products will deliver brand value in support of the clients' goals
Support Montway billing efforts for our clients from invoice to payout
Perform data entry into CRM and Admin system for purposes such as processing orders, accessing previous orders and special orders and providing customers with quotes, shipment instructions, and delivery confirmation and status updates; researches any other inquiries as requested
