Summer Social Media Marketing Intern

As a Social Media Intern, you will: Schedule social media content using Hootsuite, with a focus on accuracy, timing and consistency Design and maintain social media graphic templates for various platforms Create daily social media graphics, banners and post assets Assist with drafting and publishing social media posts across channels Support content creation in-person at our Greensboro, North Carolina headquarters Lead TikTok engagement and strategy, including trend monitoring and content ideation Conduct ongoing content and trend research to inform platform-specific strategies Support LinkedIn ghostwriting for employee base, including content organization and optimization Update and maintain the content tracker in Monday.com (blogs, podcasts, reports) Assist with the Social Snapshot, including pulling and organizing analytics Help review and manage page followings The ideal candidate brings Strong interest in social media, content creation and digital marketing Familiarity with platforms like Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn Basic design skills (Canva or similar tools preferred) An organized, detail-oriented and comfortable approach to managing multiple projects A curious, collaborative and eager attitude A proactive and creative mindset and is comfortable bringing new ideas to the table Comfort working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Requirements Must be local to the Greensboro area and available to work in-office to support real-time content creation What You’ll Gain Hands‑on experience with social media strategy and execution Exposure to analytics, scheduling tools and content planning systems Real‑world experience collaborating with marketing Portfolio‑worthy content and professional development in a fast‑paced environment Equal Opportunity Statement Charles Aris is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer and will consider all qualified applicants without regard to race, color, age, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, genetic information, national origin, disability, protected veteran status or any other classification protected by law. #J-18808-Ljbffr
