As the Digital Marketing Specialist at PWI, you are responsible for managing and optimizing online marketing efforts to drive sales and enhance brand visibility. Your role involves pioneering the future of PWI’s website experience, managing paid advertising channels, and improving overall online performance. You work closely with the Marketing team to ensure digital strategies effectively promote products, support sales, and engage target audiences.

Education or Experience
Bachelor’s degree in marketing.
Experience with WordPress & WooCommerce
Experience with SEO tools like AHREFS or SEMRUSH.
Experience with Google Ads.
Experience with Social Paid Ad Platforms (META, YouTube, LinkedIn)
Experience with Google Analytics & Plausible.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
Digital marketing certifications such as Google Analytics (GAIQ), Google Ads, HubSpot, or SEO certifications are preferred.
WordPress or e-commerce platform certification
Other Skills & Abilities
Strong experience with WordPress and CMS management
Proficient with analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics / GA4)
Experience managing paid ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, or similar)
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and backend integrations
Working knowledge of SEO tools and technical optimization practices
Microsoft Office
Physical Abilities
Regularly required to sit, use a computer, and perform digital work for extended periods
Occasional standing or walking within the office
Cognitive and Communication Abilities
Able to interpret performance data and translate insights into action
Able to manage multiple priorities and campaigns simultaneously
Able to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical team members
Able to apply sound judgment and strategic thinking in decision-making
Location
Willing to work on-site at PWI in Nappanee, Indiana
Schedule
Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.; hours may vary based on business needs.
