The Project Manager at our marketing agency will be client-facing and part of the account management team, overseeing multiple projects simultaneously and ensuring that they are delivered on-time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our clients. This role involves working with cross-functional teams of account managers, designers, copywriters, and developers to create effective marketing campaigns and strategies for our clients. Responsibilities Independently coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously, from inception to completion, within budget and timeline constraints Serve as a primary point of contact between clients and the internal team, ensuring that communication is clear and efficient Partner closely with Traffic Managers and internal cross‑functional teams to ensure changes in day‑to‑day project needs are being anticipated and managed Prioritize and troubleshoot based on changing project needs and attention to internal and client deadlines Develop project briefs to kickoff projects internally Develop project schedules/timelines, ensuring that milestones are identified and met Update project status documents on a daily basis and communicate project progress to internal and external stakeholders Review and evaluate copy and design to ensure creative is meeting client expectations and objectives Facilitate and manage the final production process including: scheduling and maintaining production dates; providing complete information and detailed instructions to studio; coordinating client approvals; proofing and reviewing final, contact and color proofs; and reviewing all purchase orders to vendors for accuracy Listen to client inputs, reconcile client feedback, and clarify client expectations. Share client feedback and revisions with the larger internal team Continuously monitor and evaluate project progress; identify and manage project risks and issues, communicating them to the appropriate stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes Maintain daily status reports and meeting agendas for internal teams and clients Manage budgets and resources, working with senior account team members to ensure that projects are profitable Skills & Strengths Ability to evaluate creative, copy, design Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering them on-time and within budget Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders Adaptable to changing situations and demands Exhibits strong problem‑solving skills and resourcefulness to navigate ambiguous situations and deliver results Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Strong proofreading skills, with experience in English writing and familiarity with AP style considered a plus Quick learner, capable of grasping concepts and extrapolating and applying knowledge to current and future work projects Experience working with cross‑functional teams, including designers, copywriters, and developers Knowledge of marketing strategies and disciplines, with the ability to apply them to project planning and execution Work extremely well under stress and tight deadlines in a very fast‑paced environment Knowledge of print and digital production processes a plus Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field 3+ years of experience in marketing project management, including creative review and evaluation Agency experience in a client‑facing role preferable Highly Proficient in Microsoft office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint), exposure to SharePoint, Adobe Acrobat and Workfront is a plus Cross‑channel experience, inclusive of email and direct mail experience Ability to work remotely, as required, with a dedicated workspace without distraction and reliable high‑speed broadband Internet connectivity The candidate must be able to work within the Eastern Time Zone (ET) and adhere to standard business hours of 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Flexibility is required as there may be occasions when work outside of these hours is necessary to meet project deadlines or address urgent client needs #J-18808-Ljbffr
