Role Overview As an Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and growing client relationships throughout New Jersey. You will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met while identifying opportunities to expand our partnership. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
Understand client needs and objectives, and provide tailored solutions
Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs and objectives
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Identify and pursue opportunities for account growth and new business
Prepare regular reports on account status and communicate key metrics to stakeholders
Resolve client issues and complaints quickly and effectively
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Sales Representative, or similar role
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
Problem-solving aptitude and a proactive approach to client needs
Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within New Jersey as needed
