
Ecommerce Operations Analyst & Marketing Automation

This role is a hybrid of marketing execution and technical ecommerce operations. You will be responsible for driving revenue throughKlaviyo email marketingandGoogle/Instagram Adsperformance , while simultaneously managing the internal pipeline that keeps our900+ school accountsupdated and synchronized. The ideal candidate thrives inExcel, enjoys building repeatable processes, and can analyze the effectiveness of both marketing flows and large-scale operational projects.
Key Responsibilities Ecommerce Operations & Data Analysis Store Sync Pipeline:Manage the internal pipeline for synchronizing store data across hundreds of brands to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Project Reporting:Track and report on the effectiveness and completion of large-scale store update projects, ensuring timelines are met and data integrity is maintained.
Data Management:Use Excel to manage, clean, and organize large datasets for store updates, athlete information, and product catalogs.
Process Optimization:Help create repeatable campaign and store update processes that can scale across our entire network of accounts.
Campaign Deployment:Build, schedule, and deploy email campaigns across 900+ school accounts , including specific player-driven emails.
Automation Management:Create and optimize automated flows, such as welcome series, abandoned carts, product launches, and seasonal campaigns.
Performance Reporting:Monitor and report on the effectiveness of automated marketing campaigns, specifically tracking open rates, CTR, and conversion revenue.
Testing:Continuously test subject lines, creative assets, and send timing to maximize engagement.
Google Ads / Paid Media Campaign Support:Assist in managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns, supporting keyword research, ad copy creation, and campaign structure.
Performance Monitoring:Monitor budgets and performance metrics to identify opportunities to improve ROAS and conversion rates.
A Day in the Life 1/3 Storefront Evolution:Manage the internal store build pipeline and execute updates across our storefronts to ensure product accuracy and brand alignment.
1/3 Marketing Execution:Manage automated email, SMS, and paid ads efforts to drive traffic and capitalize on athlete-driven commerce.
1/3 Data & Auditing:Focus on data organization, reporting on project effectiveness, and auditing stores to maximize new product and hot market rollouts
Qualifications 1–3 years of experiencein email marketing or digital marketing.
Excel Mastery:Strong data management skills; must be able to work in Excel efficiently to manage large datasets.
Platform Experience:Experience withKlaviyois preferred , and familiarity withGoogle Adsis a plus.
Operational Mindset:Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.
Analytical Skills:An analytical mindset with an interest in performance marketing and basic copywriting skills.
Education:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
