The Fountaine Collective is expanding and bringing on Brand Communications Associates to support customer engagement, campaign delivery, and brand representation. This is an entry-level opportunity with full training provided and a clear path to grow within the role. What you’ll be involved in This is a people-facing position where communication is at the center of everything you do. You’ll be working directly with customers, supporting campaigns, and learning how brands connect with their audience in real time. Your day-to-day will include: Speaking with customers and representing client brands Supporting ongoing marketing campaigns and promotions Delivering clear, confident messaging around products and services Contributing to team performance, including sales outcomes Working alongside a team to keep campaigns running efficiently What the role offers You’ll start with hands‑on training and quickly move into a more independent role as your confidence builds.
