Location: Burr Ridge, IL; 100% Onsite
Base Salary: $75,000-$80,000 + Uncapped Commissions
1st Year OTE: $90,000-$105,000; 2nd Year OTE: $100,000-$115,000+
Benefits: Medical, Paid Holidays, PTO, Travel Reimbursement

Typical Hours: M-F, 8 AM – 5 PM (40-45 hours)
Travel: 10% or less around Chicagoland and NW Indiana
Account Manager (B2B sales/business development exp. req.) Description
Our client, a commercial facilities services company, is looking for an Account Manager to join their team in Burr Ridge. This role focuses on generating new commercial service contracts while also supporting and growing existing customer relationships. Majority of your time will be spent on prospecting new opportunities within the Chicagoland and NW Indiana markets. Account Manager (B2B sales/business development exp. req.) Responsibilities
Prospect and generate new business for commercial services
Manage and maintain a sales pipeline of prospects in the CRM
Follow up with leads to drive contract opportunities
Develop and present service proposals and pricing quotes
Build and maintain relationships with property managers and building owners
Conduct sales conversations primarily by phone, with occasional in-person meetings
Provide timely responses to customer inquiries and requests
Follow up on quotes to advance deals through the sales cycle
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate quoting and service alignment
Track all activity and customer interactions within the CRM system
Account Manager (B2B sales/business development exp. req.) Qualifications
3+ years of B2B business development experience required
Inside and/or outside sales experience required
Experience using a CRM required
Ability to work onsite daily in Burr Ridge required
