We’re a fast-growing, design-driven company on a mission to connect the world through apparel—and we’re looking for someone who wants to help build something big. ⸻ The Opportunity We’re looking for a forward-thinking Marketing & Content Specialist who can help us build brand awareness and drive demand through high-quality, creative content. This is not a “post and schedule” role. You’ll be at the center of our growth engine—creating content that stops the scroll, generates leads, and elevates how companies think about branded apparel. If you think in ideas, trends, and storytelling—not just tasks—this role is for you. ⸻ What You’ll Do: Develop and execute content strategies across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms Create and manage short-form video content (Reels, TikTok-style, behind-the-scenes, product storytelling) Capture and produce content including photos, videos, and brand storytelling assets Collaborate with leadership on campaign ideas that generate demand—not just impressions Identify and test new marketing angles, hooks, and creative concepts Support paid ad creative development (Meta ads, UGC-style content, etc.) Work with customers and internal teams to turn real projects into case-study content and social proof Stay on top of trends and bring fresh, outside-the-box ideas to the table weekly Analyze performance and continuously improve content based on what drives engagement and conversions ⸻ What We’re Looking For: 2–5 years in marketing, content creation, or social media (B2B or product-based brands preferred) Strong skills in content creation (video + photo) — iPhone is fine Experience with tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, wnd other cutting edge AI and content Understanding of what actually performs on social media (hooks, storytelling, pacing, etc.) Ability to think creatively and execute quickly in a fast-moving environment Comfortable being hands‑on—you’re not afraid to film, edit, test, and iterate Self-starter mindset with a bias toward action Bonus: Experience with paid ads, UGC, or brand storytelling for physical products ⸻ Who You Are You’re creative, but also strategic You think in ideas, not just tasks You’re constantly noticing what brands are doing well—and thinking how to do it better You thrive in a fast-evolving, entrepreneurial environment You’re excited by the idea of helping build a brand from the ground up ⸻ Why Join Uncorp Wear Be part of a high-growth brand with big ambitions Opportunity to own and shape the marketing voice of the company Work directly with leadership and have real impact on growth Creative freedom to test bold ideas and new approaches Clear path to grow into a larger role as the company scales (Marketing Manager, Head of Content, etc.) #J-18808-Ljbffr
