Account Executive – New Logo (EHR/RCM) Join Optivate, a leading provider of healthcare technology solutions for eye care specialists. The Account Executive manages the entire sales cycle delivering EMR, practice management, patient engagement, and RCM solutions to ophthalmology practices. Position Summary The Account Executive is a proactive, self‑driven professional responsible for managing the sales process from lead engagement to closing deals. This role emphasizes delivering compelling presentations to prospective clients, maintaining company standards, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. The Account Executive collaborates closely with BDRs, Sales Engineers, and SalesOps to achieve sales objectives and provide comprehensive solutions to clients. Applicants must be local or be willing to move to the Bonita Springs area within a reasonable time frame following their start date. Key Responsibilities Own the full sales cycle – prospecting, discovery, demonstration, objection handling, and close Sell EMR, practice management, patient engagement, and RCM solutions into ophthalmology practices Lead structured, consultative discoveries with physicians, practice managers, and administrative stakeholders Translate operational and financial challenges into clear, measurable business value Guide prospects through competitive evaluations by clearly articulating differentiation and fit Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM discipline Collaborate cross‑functionally and with leadership to support execution and alignment Operate with integrity and accountability, prioritizing long‑term customer success Qualifications SaaS, healthcare technology, or medical sales experience Demonstrated work ethic and ownership in quota‑carrying sales roles Strong consultative communication skills with both clinical and business buyers Comfortable working toward defined goals while maintaining a team‑first mindset Coachable, resilient, and able to stay focused and effective in a fast‑paced environment Exposure to revenue cycle management, billing, or healthcare financial workflows preferred Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce What We Offer Competitive base salary plus performance‑based bonus Hybrid work model with flexibility and work‑life balance Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) Generous paid time off and holiday schedule Opportunity to grow within a mission‑driven and innovative healthcare tech company #J-18808-Ljbffr
