MetaLINK Technologies is seeking a strategic and hands-on Sales & Marketing Manager to lead revenue- driving initiatives while actively building and executing the marketing tools and campaigns that support our sales efforts. This position plays a direct role in driving company growth and strengthening our market presence. You will have visibility with leadership, ownership of campaigns, and the opportunity to build and refine scalable marketing systems.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in both strategy and execution - a leader who not only develops the plan but rolls up their sleeves to build the campaigns, create the materials, manage the platforms, and analyze the results.
While experience in broadband, fiber, internet, VoIP, or IoT is highly valued, we also welcome candidates who have successfully marketed and sold a specialized product or technical service and can translate complex offerings into compelling value propositions.
The ideal candidate will execute and own the following responsibilities:
Develops and implements strategic sales and marketing plans
Identify new revenue opportunities through market analysis and competitive insights
Contribute to the long-term business planning and revenue forecasting
Manage and optimize CRM systems
Oversee lead generation, lead nurturing workflows, and campaign automation
Track campaign performance metrics, marketing ROI's, and sales KPI's
Provide actionable insights and performance reports to leadership
Manage digital sales platforms and social selling tools
Create and develop marketing materials, sales collateral, campaign assets, and promotional tools
Build and manage digital campaigns across all social media platforms
Develop and execute email campaigns, content marketing initiatives, and digital advertising
Maintain brand consistency across all channels and customer touchpoints.
Mentor, develop, and train staff.
Collaborations with all business departments to ensure seamless customer service
Represent the company at community events, trade shows, and business engagements

Experience:
4 - 7 years of professional experience in sales, marketing, or business development
Proven ability to drive measurable revenue growth
Experience creating and executing marketing campaigns from concept to performance analysis
Strong analytical skills and comfort interpreting campaign data.
