Experience: 6 months to 1 Year Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month Location: Noida Sector 64 Job description TechBuddies IT is hiring an Email Marketing Executive to plan, create, and execute effective email marketing campaigns that drive engagement, generate leads, and increase conversions. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of email marketing strategies, audience segmentation, and performance optimization. Key Responsibilities: Plan, design, and execute email marketing campaigns (promotional, transactional, newsletters). Create engaging email content, subject lines, and CTAs. Manage and segment email lists to improve targeting and performance. Use email marketing tools (Mailchimp, Zoho Campaigns, HubSpot, etc.). Monitor campaign performance (open rate, CTR, conversions) and optimize accordingly. Ensure compliance with email marketing best practices and spam regulations. Coordinate with design and content teams when required. A/B test emails to improve engagement and results. Required Skills & Qualifications: 06 months to 1 year of hands-on experience in email marketing. Strong written communication skills in English. Experience with email automation and campaign tools. Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS (preferred). Understanding of audience segmentation and analytics. Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple campaigns. Preferred Skills (Optional): Experience in IT, SaaS, or digital marketing agencies. Knowledge of CRM tools. Basic understanding of lead nurturing and funnels.
