Overview ENG is a BIM company founded in 2007 and the largest, most experienced BIM production service provider in the United States, having completed 5,000 projects with a dedicated team of over 600 staff members. ENG provides MEP modeling, coordination, VDC/BIM management, and a comprehensive array of BIM production services to architects, engineers, and owners. The Role Account Executives represent ENG to new and existing clients, primarily General Contractors and MEP subcontractors. They work with a 15‑person Sales & Marketing team on end‑to‑end sales processes, from prospecting to closing deals, and build long‑term partnerships. Key Responsibilities Develop business by leveraging network and expanding relationships with new clients while maintaining existing ones. Sell ENG’s MEP modeling and coordination services and some tech products. Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking, referrals, and cold calling. Conduct market research to understand client needs and industry trends. Design and develop sales strategies and deliver compelling presentations. Negotiate contracts and pricing terms to create mutually beneficial agreements. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure successful implementation and delivery. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. Stay up to date with industry developments and competitor activities. Travel 1‑3 times per month, several days at a time (~40% of time). Mandatory Requirements Experience and background in Construction/BIM/VDC industry; at least 5–10 years. Must reside in the US. Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably senior account executive or similar role. Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasion skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment. Proficient in CRM software and sales tools. Willingness to travel as needed.
