Backcountry Group Sales is a growing program that helps connect our brands to the business community. We assist groups in a variety of industries (corporate, medical, universities, military, etc.). The Group Sales Account Manager (Gearhead III) role is a pivotal position to help us scale our B2B offering! This role is challenging – above and beyond the day‑to‑day responsibilities, you’ll have a big role within a fast‑paced team. This position will report into the Manager, Group Sales.
What you get to do every day:
Generate revenue via email, phone calls, or in-person meetings
Drive a potential prospect’s progression through each stage of the sales cycle, from lead development to close, by overcoming objections throughout the sales process
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals/expectations
Participate in ongoing procedural and sales training sessions
Work directly with Backcountry Vendors regarding inventory needs
Accurately and diligently maintain track of all customers and prospects through CRM
Exhibit behaviors consistent with Backcountry values
What you bring to the role:

Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm (Mountain Time)

Step 3: Participate in deep‑dive interviews with Backcountry leadership focused on your experience, product mindset, and operational thinking.
