Position Summary:
As a BDR, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers—reaching out, building relationships, and setting appointments for our sales team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is enthusiastic, customer-focused, and excited about the automotive industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls, emails, and texts to engage new and existing leads
Set appointments for the sales team and follow up to ensure strong communication
Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system. (Customer Relationship Management)
Respond quickly to online and phone inquiries
Support marketing campaigns and promotions
Help create a positive customer experience from the very first interaction
What We're Looking For:
Strong communication and people skills
Comfortable making calls and talking with customers
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Basic computer and CRM knowledge (we’ll train you!)
Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus
Automotive interest or background is a bonus, but not required
Valid driver’s license
