Staff Product Designer

We’re partnering with a rapidly scaling, venture-backed AI healthcare company redefining how people access medical care. Recently raised a $20M Series A, their product is already live at state partnership level, delivering AI-powered medical interactions trained exclusively on clinical data and built by physicians. A recent statewide prescription refill launch generated national press and positioned them at the forefront of regulated AI in healthcare. The Mission Their mission is to deliver medically rigorous, trustworthy AI care while keeping real doctors directly in the loop. Built by physicians and supported by an in-house clinical team, the platform goes beyond AI answers to create a closed loop between intelligent automation and licensed human care. Healthcare runs on trust. Design will define how that trust shows up. The Role They’re hiring a Senior/Staff Product Designer to help define what interacting with an AI doctor should feel like. You will: Lead trust-forward interaction patterns across the product Design core flows including AI chat, booking, provider selection, and prescriptions Elevate visual craft while maintaining speed Build scalable systems that reinforce medical credibility Partner closely with Product and Engineering in a fast-moving environment Actively use AI tools in your workflow What They’re Looking For Strong consumer mobile product design experience with multiple in-house roles Experience shipping widely used consumer features Senior-level autonomy and ability to operate independently Comfort in fast, ambiguous, high-growth environments Strong product thinking with a balance of speed and craft Clear examples of using AI in your design workflow Healthcare or digital health experience is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
