Overview Adams Outdoor Advertising (AOA) is seeking Account Executives to support its sales team in the Bloomington area. Successful candidates will be driven, self-motivated and able to collaborate with colleagues and a wide range of prospective clients in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities Take advantage of AOA’s market share to sell dynamic outdoor advertising campaigns to current and prospective clients in the greater Bloomington area.
Participate in the Adams Onboarding Program to understand Out-of-Home Advertising and its ROI for clients.
Structure advertising packages across AOA\'s product portfolio to meet advertiser needs.
Handle contracting, scheduling and collections tracking; communicate sales projections and progress to internal leadership.
Collaborate with Account Executive colleagues to promote a positive working environment.
Identify potential opportunities and cross-pollinate sales with Account Executives in other Adams Outdoor Advertising markets.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Sales and Marketing or equivalent experience
One to three years direct media or relevant sales experience
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Proficient with computer software and technology
Good working knowledge of marketing research
Willingness and ability to travel, if required
Valid driver’s license
