
Marketing Manager

Our client, an organization in the advanced technology and manufacturing sector is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead the strategy and execution of targeted marketing initiatives for key accounts worldwide. This role will focus on designing and delivering integrated campaigns that strengthen brand presence and drive engagement within strategic markets.
Key Responsibilities Partner closely with internal business stakeholders to ensure marketing strategies align with broader business objectives
Develop and execute multi-channel, account-based marketing campaigns targeting high-value accounts and priority industries
Plan and manage media strategies across digital and traditional channels to support campaign objectives
Design and implement nurture programs that increase engagement and conversion within strategic accounts
Collaborate with regional and global teams to execute coordinated marketing initiatives across multiple markets
Track, measure, and report campaign performance, including pipeline impact and return on investment
Utilize marketing and analytics platforms to manage campaigns, track performance, and generate insights
Qualifications Significant experience developing and executing account-based marketing (ABM) strategies within B2B environments
Industry exposure to sectors such as automotive, industrial, aerospace, defense, or related advanced technology markets preferred
Strong proficiency with marketing automation, CRM platforms, and analytics tools
Strategic mindset with the ability to translate ideas into actionable marketing programs
Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (advanced degree a plus)
8+ years of B2B marketing experience, including at least 5 years managing integrated, multi-channel campaigns
Demonstrated expertise in digital marketing, including search, social media, and marketing automation
Experience leveraging analytics and performance data to guide marketing strategy and optimization
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to align cross-functional stakeholders
Strong presentation skills, including experience presenting to senior leadership
Proven ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously in a cross-functional environment
Analytical and results-driven with a focus on continuous improvement and operational effectiveness
