The Role: We're looking for a sharp, organized, and client-obsessed account manager to own a portfolio of creator clients end-to-end. This is a hybrid role, part relationship manager, part social media management and you'll be the person our clients hear from most and the one who makes sure nothing falls through the cracks. This role involves daily content publishing across multiple platforms, which means you'll follow a structured morning and afternoon posting schedule seven days a week. As an Account Manager You Will: Own and manage a portfolio of creator clients serving as their primary point of contact, relationship builder and problem solver. Publish daily content across socials including TikTok, Instagram, Youtube, Facebook, etc as well as write captions/copy for all posts. Review all deliverables before they reach the client for quality control. Own the numbers - track, analyze, and report on weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly performance, turning insights into actions and constantly pushing for stronger results Lead monthly client check-in calls to review performance and align on next steps to ensure client satisfaction. Set up and manage Manychat automation flows end to end for applicable clients. Onboard new clients and coordinate with editors and designers to keep deliverables on track. Act as the day-to-day liaison between our team and your clients, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration. Deeply understand your clients’ brands, goals, and aspirations to help them achieve their growth goals. Requirements: 2+ years of account management and client success experience in an agency environment 2+ years of hands-on social media management: you've actively managed and published content, not just strategized Comfortable with data: you can pull analytics, interpret them, and report on them accurately You’ll need at least two Apple mobile devices (iPhone and/or iPad) for daily content publishing. Experience with Manychat and comfort managing automation flows end-to-end.
