Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for a professional who can balance technical knowledge with relationship-building skills , whether focusing on growing existing accounts or developing new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with industrial and commercial clients.
Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions in coordination with technical teams.
Drive new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation.
Manage the sales process from initial contact to closing, including presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, opportunities, and pipeline in CRM.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely fulfillment.
Stay current on market trends, competitive offerings, and emerging technologies.
Qualifications
Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in technical, industrial, or equipment-focused industries.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to understand technical product information and translate it into customer solutions.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a results-driven mindset.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field preferred but not required.
