What we are looking for: We are seeking a high-performance Digital Marketing Specialist to own and scale Quikaid’s organic marketing engine. This role focuses on SEO and AI-driven search visibility, organic social media growth, email automation and nurture, website content development, and YouTube channel optimization. The ideal candidate is a performance-focused content marketer who is highly organized, data-driven, and comfortable executing measurable marketing initiatives that directly support lead generation and revenue growth. This position reports directly to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and works closely with the Digital Marketing Strategist to align organic initiatives with paid acquisition efforts. This is an execution-focused role centered on building scalable organic systems that strengthen the full marketing funnel. Responsibilities Produce 12–20+ long‑form SEO and AEO‑optimized articles per month across key content pillars, including eligibility, application process, denials and appeals, medical conditions, and working with a representative. Produce, structure, publish, and optimize long‑form SEO and AEO‑optimized content across key pillars (such as eligibility, application process, denials and appeals, medical conditions, and working with a representative) using AI search best practices, including direct answer blocks, FAQ schema, internal linking, and E‑E‑A‑T signals, to improve organic visibility and expand retargeting audiences. Own and execute organic social media strategy across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Reddit, and emerging channels, including content planning, platform‑native content creation, and maintaining a consistent content calendar and publishing cadence aligned with growth KPIs. Create engaging organic content including short‑form videos, educational posts, carousels, Q&A content, and client‑focused storytelling that builds trust, engagement, and brand authority. Manage community engagement and online reputation by responding to comments, messages, and reviews, and directing qualified leads to appropriate landing pages or intake forms in a timely and professional manner. Build and manage automated email nurture workflows, including welcome series, re‑engagement campaigns, newsletters, and lead recovery sequences, while handling content repurposing, segmentation, trigger‑based automation, and performance optimization in compliance with TCPA and CAN‑SPAM regulations. Build, update, and maintain landing pages and website content using WordPress and Elementor, including condition‑specific pages, service page updates, and resource center content. Support conversion rate optimization initiatives by collaborating with the Digital Marketing Strategist on A/B testing of copy, CTAs, layouts, form placement, and overall page performance. Manage and optimize Quikaid’s YouTube channel, including uploading and scheduling Shorts and educational content, and implementing SEO best practices for titles, descriptions, tags, and lead capture CTAs. Produce and edit creative assets for organic channels, including social graphics, video thumbnails, blog featured images, email templates, branded visuals, and short‑form video optimized for mobile‑first viewing. Iterate on high‑performing creative concepts by producing variations based on campaign performance data and strategic direction from the marketing leadership team. Maintain brand consistency and ensure all content reflects Quikaid’s empathetic, professional, and personalized positioning while adhering to regulatory and compliance standards. Document content strategies, workflows, optimizations, and performance metrics, and collaborate closely with the Chief Marketing Officer and Digital Marketing Strategist to ensure all organic initiatives align with overall marketing goals, paid campaign insights, and company growth objectives.
