This position involves working directly with residential clients to develop landscape design concepts, prepare and present proposals, and manage the sales process from initial consultation until project handoff to our operations team. Responsibilities Meet with residential clients to assess their landscaping needs and preferences Develop creative and functional landscape design concepts tailored to client requirements Prepare, present, and communicate detailed proposals to clients Manage the sales process, including follow-ups and closing sales Collaborate with the installation and maintenance teams to ensure successful project handoff Maintain a positive, proactive, and professional approach in all client and team interactions Qualifications Experience in landscape design and sales, preferably in residential settings Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proactive, positive, and professional attitude Passion for creating beautiful and functional outdoor living spaces Ability to develop and present design proposals effectively Compensation Base salary: $75,000 - $90,000 with commission, offering total compensation up to or above $125,000.
