In this crucial role assisting the U.S. Navy, you will focus on submarine acquisitions, optimizing operations, and facilitating effective communication among varied stakeholders. Your key responsibilities will include: Working with In-Service Engineering Agents (ISEA) and logistics stakeholders to accurately understand and fulfill requirements. Disseminating critical information and addressing stakeholder inquiries to support informed decision-making. Efficiently implementing changes across programs and logistics chains, including technical manuals and supply chain documentation. Collaborating with team members and NAVSEA clients to gather and analyze essential data. To succeed in this role, you should have: A Bachelor's degree or an Associate's degree with 2 years of relevant experience, or a High School diploma/GED with 4 years of relevant experience. At least 2 years of experience in a related field. A strong attention to detail and the ability to work with technical information. The capacity to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Excellent problem-solving and documentation skills. A commitment to personal growth with an emphasis on effective communication and best practices. Strong organizational skills focused on accuracy and timeliness. A willingness to travel up to 10% as required. Additionally, the following skills and experiences are beneficial: An active Secret clearance. Experience with SharePoint. Familiarity with Navy acquisition processes and Submarine Programs. Active-Duty experience in submarine service. Recent experience within Team Submarine is a plus.
