Senior Product Designer

About the Role We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to help shape intuitive, engaging digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. In this role, you’ll combine strong visual and interaction design skills with strategic thinking to solve complex user and business challenges. You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and cross‑functional partners to define product direction, create thoughtful design solutions, and deliver high-quality work from concept through execution. What You’ll Do Lead end-to-end design for key product initiatives, from discovery and concepting to final delivery Translate business requirements and user needs into intuitive, elegant design solutions Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs Contribute to and evolve design systems, ensuring consistency and scalability Partner with product and engineering to define features, scope work, and ship high-quality experiences Use data, research, and testing to inform design decisions and iterate on solutions Present and communicate design work clearly to stakeholders at all levels Mentor and provide feedback to other designers, fostering a strong design culture What We’re Looking For 5+ years of experience in product design, UX/UI, or a related field Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design across web and/or mobile Expertise in interaction design, visual design, and user-centered design principles Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite) Experience working within and contributing to design systems Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution Comfort working in fast-paced, iterative environments Nice to Have Experience designing for complex systems or enterprise products Familiarity with accessibility standards and best practices Experience working with data-driven or AI-powered products Basic understanding of front-end development principles What You’ll Bring A high level of craft and attention to detail Curiosity and a desire to explore new ideas and technologies Strong communication and storytelling skills A collaborative, team-first mindset #J-18808-Ljbffr
