Title Freelance Art Director Industry Beauty & Cosmetics Location Addison, TX Duration 1 year, starting ASAP Responsibilities Develop packaging design explorations and iterations that support global product launches Translate brand guidelines into visual design solutions and packaging layouts Support the creative team in developing brand materials across marketing, packaging, and digital channels Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure packaging designs are visually compelling and manufacturable Contribute to creative ideation and design development across brand initiatives Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Communication Arts, Advertising Art, or a related field (BFA in Graphic Design preferred) 1–3 years of graphic design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating layout, typography, and visual design skills Interest in brand design and packaging development Experience in the beauty, fashion, or consumer goods industries is a plus Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) Skills packaging design brand storytelling visual design Adobe Creative Suite collaboration cross-functional teams graphic design creative concepts project management design trends Hourly rate is commensurate with experience and is an estimated range provided by WorkGenius. #J-18808-Ljbffr
