Job Summary CheckPoint Pumps & Systems is seeking an experienced and driven Business Development Representative to grow our footprint across the Permian Basin. This role focuses on developing new business, managing existing accounts, and driving revenue through solution-based sales of chemical injection systems and related equipment. Duties & Essential Job Functions Generate revenue through both new and existing client bases Develop strategies to penetrate major account targets Leverage field-level relationships to identify key decision makers at corporate levels for joint business development across regions Understand customer needs and present custom-engineered chemical injection solutions to oil and gas producers and chemical service providers Increase sales within existing accounts while consistently meeting or exceeding targets Maintain strong customer relationships through scheduled meetings, business reviews, and surveys Sell directly to operators, engineering firms, chemical program managers, and service providers Participate in networking activities to expand customer relationships and identify new opportunities Maintain accurate CRM and expense reporting through weekly highlights, contact updates, and reports Attend periodic sales meetings at the corporate office in Mandeville, LA Qualifications Proven hunter mentality and track record of driving revenue and account growth Proficient in technical or engineered equipment sales Successful history of selling high-quality products in a niche or industrial market Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to engage confidently with all levels of an organization, from field techs to executives Solid understanding of the oil and gas industry and chemical injection applications Strong business acumen with advanced negotiation skills Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM systems Willingness to travel up to 60% (by car and air) Highly organized, methodical, and capable of managing multiple priorities Self-motivated and collaborative; results-oriented mindset Reliable transportation required 3–5 years of sales experience in industrial or oil and gas markets required Established contacts in the Permian Basin strongly preferred BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
