Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team. The BDR will play a key role in generating qualified leads within the B2B industry , building relationships with potential clients, and creating opportunities for the sales team. This position requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to outreach, and the ability to book qualified meetings that contribute to business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads in the B2B industry through targeted research and outreach.
Send professional and personalized emails to engage prospective clients.
Book discovery calls and meetings for the sales team with qualified leads.
Maintain and update lead information in the CRM system.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve outreach strategies.
Minimum Qualifications:
Previous experience in lead generation, sales, or business development (preferred) .
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, PR or related field.
Students in Final year with previously mentioned degrees major are welcomed to apply.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to engage prospects through written and verbal communication.
Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.
