Production Coordinator II

SUMMARY The Production Coordinator is responsible monitoring and managing component movement throughout the production process. They are to monitor the systems in place and utilize them to prioritize the components in the appropriate order. They will utilize the constant information flow and verbal communication between teams to ensure priorities are correct and customers’ expectations are communicated throughout the facility. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Monitor and track production flow with use of ERP systems. Transfer components to the appropriate designations Route consumable materials to the appropriate work order. Complete the documentation for units being returned to customer. Communicate technician feedback back to the Customer Service Team. Maintain traceability of all components and detail parts. Utilize the ERP system to verify and alter component status codes. Route customer provided detail parts to the appropriate component. Prioritize components on the shelves for technicians. Manager long term hold location. Communicate priority shifts to technicians.
