The Position We’re looking for an experienced salesperson ready to take the next step in their career as Redox continues expanding across the U.S. This onsite role is based in our Tukwila (South Seattle), WA office, where you’ll continue our growth in the Pacific North West. We already have a solid foundation in the region, and this position is about building on that success and eventually growing a team around you. As our Account Manager for the Pacific North West, you’ll play a key role in setting the direction for the next several years. The job involves finding new business, strengthening relationships with existing customers, and helping us raise the bar for new business development across the company. You’ll represent Redox in your region, backed by the support of our headquarters in Lakewood, California. We’re looking for someone who brings solid industry experience, ideally with a background in chemicals, ingredients, or raw materials across areas such as Food & Beverage, Personal Care, Ag Feeds and Fertilizers, Water Treatment, Surface Coatings, Building and Construction, Plastics, Rubber, Foams, and similar sectors. Qualifications And Education Requirements A minimum of 3‑5 years of sales experience within the Industrial chemical, Food Ingredients, Agricultural, and/or personal Care distribution industry Experience in identifying, researching, and presenting new technologies and market opportunities is highly regarded A natural communicator with a demeanor to rally a group around you for an objective Self‑motivated, passionate about sales, and an ability to work in a diverse culture environment Ability to manage and maintain close relationships with senior management and other business units within the organization, suppliers, manufacturers, logistic services and present/future customers Benefits Competitive Base Salary Full medical & dental 401K (after 6 months) A generous 20 days (4 weeks) Vacation and 8 sick days with 17.5% additional pay for taking vacation How to Apply Provide us with a current resume or through our website www.redox.com/careers.
