Our client is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager in Bismarck, Mandan, or Fargo, North Dakota to deliver high-quality service, coordination, and operational support to clients and internal partners.

Location: Bismarck, Mandan, or Fargo, North Dakota
Key Responsibilities Manage commercial accounts and provide exceptional service with accuracy in processing renewals, endorsements, policies, and audits in accordance with agency timelines. Ensure timely processing of invoices and client requests.
Manage client and carrier correspondence and maintain updated client information within the agency management system.
Obtain quotes from carriers for new and existing business; review carrier proposals for accuracy and prepare client documentation.
Serve as a liaison between clients and carriers to resolve service issues while ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures.
Qualifications Demonstrated experience servicing insurance clients and managing commercial accounts, typically gained through 3–5 years of similar or related experience .
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
Active Property & Casualty license required.
Strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and high-volume administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.
