Position Summary Iris ID is seeking a highly organized, detail oriented, and creative Marketing Associate to support our global marketing and sales initiatives. This role will play a key part in managing marketing content, maintaining Salesforce CRM data integrity, drafting blogs and press releases, and coordinating trade shows and conference logistics. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced technology environment, understands B2B marketing, and can effectively support both executive messaging and sales enablement initiatives. Key Responsibilities Marketing Content & Communications Draft and edit blogs, press releases, LinkedIn posts, executive messaging, newsletters, and website content Develop marketing collateral including product sheets, case studies, white papers, presentations, and trade show materials Support product launches, RFP announcements, and industry thought leadership campaigns Ensure consistent brand messaging aligned with Iris ID’s global positioning Maintain and update Salesforce CRM records, including leads, accounts, contacts, and opportunities Ensure CRM data accuracy and pipeline visibility Support marketing campaign tracking and reporting Generate performance and activity reports for sales and executive leadership Trade Show & Conference Logistics Coordinate logistics for domestic and international trade shows and conferences (e.g., ISC West, Intersec, Identity Week) Manage booth materials, shipping, registrations, promotional items, and scheduling Coordinate vendor communications and event timelines Support pre-event promotions and post-event follow-up campaigns Digital & Marketing Operations Support Assist with email campaigns, website updates, and social media scheduling Maintain marketing calendar and project timelines Track KPIs and campaign effectiveness Support cross-functional coordination between sales, engineering, and executive leadership Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field 2–4 years of B2B marketing experience preferred Experience with CRM required – Salesforce preferred Strong writing and editing skills Experience managing trade shows or conference logistics preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with marketing tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, email platforms) a plus Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail Strong organizational and project management skills Analytical mindset with attention to CRM data accuracy Collaborative and proactive team player Ability to operate in a technology driven, global business environment To apply, please send a cover letter and your resume (CV) electronically as MS Word documents to careers@irisid.com #J-18808-Ljbffr
